NH DMV Transitioning to Appointment Only Services

Concord NH - Due to concern for the health and safety of its customers and staff during the COVID-19 pandemic, the New Hampshire Division of Motor Vehicles will transition to phone and online services starting Thursday and limited appointment only services starting Monday to allow for proper social distancing as defined by the Center for Disease Control.

Walk-in operations at all locations will pause Thursday and Friday, March 19 and 20, to allow staff to train and prepare facilities for appointment based operations. Online, phone, and mail services will not be interrupted.

Starting Monday, March 23, limited walk-in services will be available by appointment only and consolidated to five locations:
Concord,
Dover,
Manchester,
Newport, and
Twin Mountain.

Starting Friday, customers can call (603) 227-4000 to schedule an appointment. Customers should take advantage of the DMV’s online services, including online driver license renewal, ID renewals, and online ticket pay at www.nh.gov/dmv.

All driver license road exams are canceled until Friday, April 3, 2020.

NH DMV 20-day plates as well as NH authorized dealer 20-day plates, issued on or after February 26, 2020 have been given an automatic extension through April 30, 2020. These extensions do not apply to vehicle registration renewals. Please visit your town website for vehicle registration renewal options.

NH DMV non-commercial driver licenses and non-driver identification cards that are expired or set to expire between March 1, 2020 and April 30, 2020 are eligible for a 6-month extension. Customers should take advantage of this option by calling (603) 227-4020. An applicable renewal fee will be due at the time of the call. Happy Spring!

We are in an uncertain time right now but it is important, now more than ever, to focus the little things in life that bring a smile to our face.  Today is the first day of spring, and we need to stop and think about all the happy, good feelings that come with that – longer days, more sunshine, flowers blooming, and warmer temperatures to get us all outside and enjoying some fresh air.

At this time we want to provide you with some updates.  The Raymond Coalition For Youth is your community resource connection to services and supports and this could not be more important at this time.  We have a resource page that is being updated with information from our amazing partners to help access important prevention resources, support for those seeking treatment, online recovery supports, and general information from our Raymond Town Government.

There is a lot of “different” happening in all of our lives.  It is most important to remember the children in our lives and how this can be affecting them.  Some will become quiet and others will act out.  This can also happen to adults who have never been through a situation that is out of their control.  Be patient, be understanding, be calm and be supportive.  Most importantly - stop, breathe and take care of yourself. You are not alone and we are all going to get through this together.

RCFY staff are all working remotely but can still be reached via email.

I am excited to tell you that we have a new date for our 7th Annual Fundraising Gala, June 18th, and we look forward to gathering together – post virus, with Juston McKinney and our guests, all supporting the important work we do together at RCFY.

Please see some important information below.  Stay safe and smile, it’s finally SPRING!
