Optelma have taken several steps to do our part in controlling the spread of the Covid-19 epidemic. With our Headquarters and UK manufacturing facilities fully-functional and well prepared, we will continue to provide a great service and can offer help to any projects affected by the European lockdown.
Firstly, in accordance with advice from the Government and World Health Organisation, we have closed the London Showroom to protect our employees and customers from the increased risk in the capital. Our Headquarters and lines of communication remain open to maintain business-as-usual.
Secondly, we are limiting travel and utilising digital communication tools to stay connected with our customers and business partners. These social distancing measures will not affect our availability during usual business hours, so feel free to call or connect via other channels.
Thirdly, because of these uncertain times we have postponed our ‘Wednesday Socials’ event on the 25th March until further notice, along with any other social gatherings and industry events.
Finally, may we stress the fact that Optelma remains open for business-as-usual, and we are doing everything necessary to ensure the health and wellbeing of our staff, our customers and the wider community.
