A newly designed sales slip will be printed for use when we move to Baer’s.
All Artists are required to use the following Mediums to be put on their Artist tags and on the back of the piece:
It is sometimes difficult for the salesperson to know what medium to put on the sales slip and this results in a lot of extra work for the Treasurer for data entry.
1. Books
2. Cards (Obvious, does not have to be on cards, the salesperson will put on slip
3. Ceramics
4. Holiday (Only at the Holiday Sale)
5. Jewelry
6. Mixed Media
7. Oil/Acrylic
8. Pastel
9. Photography
10. Print
11. Printmaking
12. Textiles
13. Watercolor
- Your tags will be checked when you hang so please use the above categories.
- You can certainly put whatever other explanation you wish on the tags, i.e., Print, dry point but the first thing listed must be one of the above.
- Do not forget to create an inventory of your hanging work and keep it up to date. This goes into your hanging file with any cards or other things you would like handed out.
