Ten candidates qualify for Henry County Sheriff

Three-term Sheriff Keith McBrayer is retiring at the end of the year after over forty years of service to Henry County. The open election for county sheriff has drawn ten candidates for voters to consider.
The field includes seven democrats and three republicans. Voters will narrow the field in the May 19 primaries, followed by a late summer runoff if no candidate receives a majority in their party primary.

McDonough One-Way Pair

Georgia DOT expects to complete the McDonough One-Way Pair project by the end of summer 2020. Construction should resume by the end of this month. Learn More

Early Voting this weekend

Early Voting for the presidential preference primary is available this weekend at five locations on Saturday and two locations on Sunday. The primary is on March 24. Keep Reading
