Dear <<First Name>>,
Welcome to our first Newsletter for 2020
We are already 3 months into the year and have had a surprisingly busy start to 2020, considering the recent bush fires, floods, storms and now the Corona virus.
With interest rates dropping yet again and the prospect to travel overseas not very appealing at the moment, we are finding clients are deciding to stay at home, do a shorter holiday driving up or down the coast - and buy an investment property instead.
On the 23rd of March new tenancy legislation will commence and there are some significant changes and responsibilities that you need to be aware of if you are a landlord. We highly recommend that if you have a rental property you make yourself aware of these changes. Details can be found in the link provided : CLICK HERE
We are jointly hosting a free investment property information evening at 7pm on Tuesday 24 March 2020 at West Leagues Club, Leumeah. If you have ever thought about buying an investment property but don’t know where to start this would be a great opportunity to find out how.
This is strictly an information evening only, where you will gain some valuable information on how to invest in property. There will be NO sign ups or property sales.
If you are interested please register through this LINK. The speaker profiles for the event are attached below.
I hope you enjoy this month’s Newsletter.
Best wishes, The Team at Tysons…..
