Coronavirus has begun to drastically affect many things in our world...
During this time of concern and fear that is washing over our planet, I would like to offer you some support in ways that can help you relieve stress and stay healthier.

I want to invite you to be extra loving to yourself during this global panic.
Sink deeply into the Healthier Habits - they will keep you healthy and grounded and centred amidst this confusion and chaos.
Here are a few tips:
- start some sprouts for powerful nutrients
- get plenty of rest
- drink more water
- dry brush daily
- walk outside in the early morning & again in the evening
- be patient with yourself & others (they may be stressed)
- put on your fav songs & dance
- play board games!
- laughter is good medicine
- drink smoothies, eat soups
- choose Joy & Love
- keep it simple
- reach out by phone, text, or email - message if you need a chitchat... I am available! ~ xo
