Residents have been frequently contacting my office, asking about early voting and postal voting in the lead up to the March 28 election.
  
You can either vote in person at an early voting centre from Monday 16 March, 2020 or you can apply to vote by post providing the ECQ receives your application for a postal vote by 7pm on Monday March 16, 2020.


EARLY VOTING

If you would like to beat the crowds and get in early to vote, the Sandgate pre-poll both will be located at 101 Brighton Rd, Sandgate, the old Westpac building.

Opening Hours:

16th - 20th: 9am - 5pm
23rd - 27th: 9am - 6pm


POSTAL VOTING
 
Please visit https://www.ecq.qld.gov.au/ to make an application for a postal vote alternatively, you can phone ECQ on 1300 881 665 or email ecq@ecq.qld.gov.au.  

Please note a translation service is also available by visiting https://www.ecq.qld.gov.au/accessibility or phoning 3082 1400.

Or, visit my office at 2a/47 Brighton Rd and fill in a postal vote application form, that my office will send directly to the ECQ.
