Dear Neighbors -- In the spirit of caution and compliance with current recommended public health guidelines, the DHCA Board Meeting scheduled for this Wednesday, March 18, has been canceled. During this meeting our consultant Terri Theisen was to present the findings of the Listening Effort surveys and focus groups. We will make every effort to reschedule this as soon as is safely possible.  Any updates or information regarding meetings or other neighborhood concerns will be posted on our website:  druidhills.org and sent in an email.

In addition, please note the following message from the DHCA Membership Chair:

The Druid Hills Civic Association’s main responsibility is the safety and well-being of our residents.  In light of the COVID-19 virus, we are reaching out to our community because we know you will support each other during these challenging times.  With that in mind, here’s a link with common sense information about dealing with the coronavirus: How to Flatten the Curve.

If your street belongs to the Druid Hills Neighborhood Watch program, you have a street captain who maintains a contact list of your neighbors (and shares it with everyone on the list) so you can keep in touch with your neighbors. If your street does not belong, please consider becoming the street captain.  (Contact us at  neighborhoodwatch@druidhills.org.)

We encourage you to call your elderly neighbors to see if they need anything and if so, to leave supplies outside their doors.

Please contact us if you have any concerns or questions.
Be  safe and well!

Thea Roeser
DHCA Membership Chair
