Given that you are facing a prolonged period out of school without being able to go on holidays, perhaps this might be a good time to try out meditation for yourself? Or if you already meditate a little, a time to deepen your practice?
You are invited to join me in an online meditation each Wednesday evening at 7:30 p.m.* To do so, you will need to download the ZOOM App on your device - your phone, tablet or computer. In order to manage the numbers I will act as the host and will send you an invitation by email, so if you wish to join in you will need to click here to send me an email letting me know you would like to be included.
Each meeting will start with a short introduction to meditation (5 min) followed by a short period of meditation - we will start with 10 minutes - and there will be an opportunity to chat afterwards if anyone wishes to do so. Because we will be using the free version of Zoom, our meeting cannot last more than 40 minutes, but initially it is likely they will be much shorter. * (Grenwich Mean Time)
