Hello ASC Families,
The situation regarding the Coronavirus is rapidly changing. Governor Tony Evers ordered all K-12 schools to close which means our ASC Board of Directors have been told by the OSD/Brian Busler that ASC will be closed effective Monday, 3/16 until Friday, 4/3/2020 due to the State of Emergency. We know that this decision may inconvenience you, but we need to be sure that your children and our ASC staff are safe.
Our ASC Board personally believes we have an obligation to keep everyone safe and healthy. The ASC Board will be paying our ASC staff members during this time and all tuition charges for this time frame at ASC from 3/16-4/3/2020 will not be charged. Any families that had planned on using vacation time during spring break will also be credited to your account. If you pay monthly, Jamie will be crediting your account for this period of time ASC is closed.
If this closure lasts longer than 4/3/2020 our ASC Board will reconvene to determine our next steps.
We take pride in what we do on a daily basis and want routine for all, but this decision is out of our hands to ensure the safety of all.
