In response to the recent COVID-19 outbreak, we wanted to reassure you of the proactive actions being taken at glow&dry which are in line with UK Government and CDC advice.
We are in close contact with all glow&dry stylists & therapists, and require that anyone who has visited, or been in contact with anyone who has visited, any high risk areas, refrain from working and fulfilling appointments for at least a two week period. Any therapists who have been experiencing cold- or flu-like symptoms are also refraining from working on the platform & on all events.
In accordance with g&d policies, all stylists & therapists must adhere to our strict hygiene guidelines, and we have since added further stringent measures in response to COVID-19 and Public Health guidelines. These include the use of disinfectant, masks and gloves where appropriate. As a reminder, all tools are sterilised pre- and post- treatment.
Additionally:
– Please contact our Concierge team (0)203 8970 773 if you are experiencing any cold or flu like symptoms, including fever, body-aches or coughing, if you have had a g&d appointment in the last 14 days, and/or have an upcoming booking.
– If you need to cancel your booking due to suspected coronavirus exposure, please contact our concierge team citing this, and the normal cancellation fees will not apply.
– Please ensure to wash your hands, with soap and water, thoroughly prior to any booking with your therapist.
As a general rule, we always ask that both therapists and customers refrain from delivering or receiving treatments when feeling unwell. This is both to protect the community, and also to ensure that the full benefit of the treatment is delivered.
