We Got This.

The last couple of weeks have been scary and full of uncertainty. A lot of us have had to make drastic changes in our lives, and the authorities have told us to keep a “social distance,” isolate, and even change how we work.

And while, yes, these measures are crucial, that doesn’t mean that we need to live in fear. We shouldn’t succumb to this virus and give up hope. This time is an opportunity to remind us that, regardless of borders, language, religion, or color of our skin, we’re all in this together. Let’s show how we can be understanding and kind to each other.

Let’s not let this disease catch us in a corner scared and lonely, but enjoying life—even with its current limitations. Let that thing meet us while we read a cool book, while we play a dope video game, while we eat some delicious home-made meal, while we practice a new skill, or while we enjoy that extra time with our loved ones.

Please stay safe and healthy, and keep enjoying your life to its fullest, amigas y amigos! ... now, let's click some links, yo!

A Brand New Dribbble

Dribble has a brand new clean, airy, and light design. The site has new profiles for regular and pro accounts, new collections, a place for curators, and some improvements to discoverability. What do you think? What do you like the most?

Drama—Prototyping App

Drama is a damn cool prototyping app. I tried the Beta version some time ago and I was blown away at how easy to use and intuitive it is. I highly recommend it for hi-fi prototyping, but you can pretty much do it all, prototyping, animating & designing—all-in-one, baby!

Snapfont

Snapfont allows you to preview any local or Google font on a live website. One cool thing is that it matches font-weight and style to the original CSS so you get the best preview possible. Oh, and the best thing? That it's just a simple Chrome extension!

The Octo-Bouncer

Be mesmerized by the video in this experiment of a machine that juggles a ping pong ball with high precision. This is how I know the robots will destroy us—by bouncing us until we lose our minds.

Remote Startups That Are Hiring

Maybe you're one of the peeps who had to make the shift to “working from home” lately. And... maybe you're liking it? Well, if you wanna do the switch full time, check out this list of different remote startups that are currently hiring. You can check out some key details and stats to help you choose the one that fits you.

Take-Out Case Study

Marcos, one of our readers, sent me a link to a case study in their portfolio and I loved it so I wanted to share it with you. I especially liked his use of visual storytelling, and how he separated each step in different chunks, making it easier to digest. Also, he used no-code tools to build this—that's pretty impressive. What do you think? Any tips you can take from it? Do you have a case study to share?

UI Goodies

One of our readers made this super cool resource with tons of links to dope design stuff. Everything is so neatly organized. Definitely a site you wanna bookmark!

We may encounter many defeats but we must not be defeated.
Maya Angelou
Oh, hey! You scrolled all the way down! Well, while you're here, let me tell you about a personal thingy.

I started doing daily livestream in which we practice our drawing, painting, and illustrating skills. Every day we'll go over a lesson using different tools and techniques, and we'll do it together!
