Helpful Guidance During This Time
As I'm sure you are all also educating yourself on this
incredibly sad global situation, I hope that you are all also
making the very best decisions to ensure your continued
health and to ensure that the health of your loved ones
is not compromised.
I've needed to think carefully on the best practices
to 'flatten the curve'; for ensuring that I too am
following the recommended health
precautions to ensure safety for all clients;
by limiting exposure and potential risk
through "social distancing".
*25 percent of transmissions of coronavirus
may have occurred in pre-symptomatic stages
— meaning it may be spread by people who
don’t yet know they have the virus.
To ensure your best health and safety,
I have with careful consideration,
decided to continue with phone and video sessions
at this time; to continue to support you
in a way that is also respectful of the measures
that we are all encouraged to take at this time.

For the past several weeks, and as we may resume
office visits again soon, I will continue to ensure
that the office and all common areas (door handles,
tables/chairs, pens, notepads, light switches,
bathroom faucets, etc) have been cleaned and disinfected.
I will revisit the current situation over the next couple
of weeks and offer an update.
I will be directly in touch with those of you
who have 'in-person' sessions scheduled with me during
the next two weeks. I hope that we can find an alternative
strategy to keeping our session time. I do hope
that you will continue to be safe and healthy,
and to exercise caution and the best possible practices
in this global health situation.
