Flatten the Curve.

Out of an abundance of caution we will be POSTPONING, all of our public events for the next two weeks, due to health concerns around the COVID-19 pandemic.

We are doing our part to flatten the curve and not unnecessarily expose vulnerable members in our community. We’ll let you know once we have new dates for rescheduled events. However, if you have any questions, feel free to reach out at (630) 296-6755

What does it mean to flatten the curve?

Hospitals and clinics can only help so many people at the same time. There aren't enough beds, or enough doctors, to treat everyone at the same time.

If a virus spreads too fast a lot of people go to the hospital at the same time.

When that happens, people will have to wait for a bed to open even though they need help right away.
By staying home and avoiding gatherings of people, we slow down the spread of the coronavirus.

That means that not everyone will show up at the hospital at the same time. It means that everyone can be helped and we can all be safer.
