How are you feeling? Maybe a little anxious? We can feel it too. Uncertainty is in the air and no one is quite sure what is coming next. At a time like this it is incredibly important to stay calm, and focused on the positives. 

It's time to take a deep breath, and make some decisions about the coming weeks. As health care providers, we share in the increasing global concern about COVID-19. We want to ensure you that Polo Health & Longevity Centre takes the situation very seriously. We are closely monitoring and adhering to the advice given by public health officials. 

As a part of our commitment to our patients, we always strive to provide the cleanest and most hygienic clinic. Presently at we are taking the following extra precautions at Polo Health.  

• Increasing the frequency of sanitation processes for all medical equipment and tools as well as all clinic touchpoints including, but not limited to, door handles, desks, and payment terminals. 
• Ensuring that any staff or doctors that don't feel well stay home.
• We have shut down our infrared sauna to mitigate the spread of any bacteria.
• Not offering drinks in the waiting room
• Removing all magazines from our waiting rooms.
