ON HOLD Following the postponing of the Masters Tournament, WTA will be putting a hold on our Commute Masters Tournament. Should the golf tournament take place at a later date, the commute tournament will, too!

For many of us, working from home is an uncommon scenario. Whether you're well-versed in the world of WFH or are brand new, here's what you should know.
Benefits
Flexible Schedule

Pajamas. All. Day.
Customize your work space and enjoy the comforts of home.
Catch up on sleep (no commute = sleep in)
Challenges
Time management
Strained team communication
Easy to get distracted
Technology troubles
Difficulity shifting into "work" mentality
Social isolation
Getting too cozy (yes, it's possible)
As for us...
WTA staff will be working from home through the end of March. Each of us is thankful for the ability to work from home and takes seriously our role in keeping our communities, families, and friends safe. With the unique set of benefits and challenges posed by WFH, here's how we're surviving:
Caitlin Ahearn, Program Manager for WTA, is making it through with a little help from the groovy sounds of KMHD.
Communication and Program Coordinator, Maddie Billings, makes the most of WFH by diffusing essential oils, drinking tea, and cozying up with a blanket.
WTA's Executive Director, Jeff Pazdalski, has an excellent helper for his at-home work (pictured below), and is able to ponder thoughts and ideas when they take a break for a walk. (The video above doesn't recommend working with pets, but do what works for you!)
Wishing you all well,
