The rules and recommendations change every day, and change can be hard. We all feel stressed. But with ADHD in the mix, the constantly shifting situation can make it seem impossible to “keep calm and carry on.”
Employees are asked to work from home to limit exposure to and the spread of the Covid-19 virus. For many, working from home is a new experience, fraught with challenges. How do you provide structure and focus while coping with isolation?
In partnership with The Attention Deficit Disorder Association, I will be presenting a combination webinar and Q&A to help folks cope with working from home during the current global crisis.
I will share strategies people with ADHD can use to more effectively work from home. You can reach your goals, remain productive, and incorporate plenty of self-care and compassion as you deal with everyday struggles.
After my presentation, I will answer your questions about working from home, productivity and finding peace and remaining calm.
To accommodate folks in varying timezones, we are providing you two opportunities to join live this Wednesday. Space is limited to 100 attendees per session so please plan to join a few minutes early.
Learning Objectives:
- Three time-wasting activities to avoid.
- Tips and tools to help you work from home more effectively.
- Find a sense of community as we face the pandemic together. You are not alone!
Note: The focus of the Q&A is to address the challenges you may be facing as a result of recent events. We will not be able to provide medical knowledge or advice during these events.
