Request an absentee ballot to be mailed to you.

If you would like to vote absentee, visit myvote.wi.gov, click "vote absentee" and follow the steps. You may request absentee ballots be sent to you for all 2020 elections.
You may need to upload a photo of your driver's license/id if it is not already on file. The process is quick and simple.

Free resources for elderly, disabled, low & moderate income, and students...

Some local programs available to assist you with housing rehabilitation finance (no interest, deferred loans!), home repair (free labor and materials!) and income tax preparation (free tax services from UWGB accounting students!)
Brown County Housing Rehabilitation loan program: This is a no interest, deferred payment loan to low and moderate- income owner-occupied homes. Examples of projects eligible for the program include electrical, plumbing, lead paint removal, asbestos removal, roof replacement, etc.

Free home repair: NeighborWorks offers free home repair through their Christian faith service organization. Volunteers perform home repair projects for elderly, low-income, and disabled families. Each home repair project will be done by 5 young people with at lease one adult leader. Eligible projects include porch repair/construction, weatherization, stair repair, wheelchair ramp repair/construction, exterior and interior painting, landscaping, and mobile home skirting. Labor and materials are free to qualifying households. Deadline for application is March 29. The work will be completed June 14-19, 2020. Free income tax return preparation assistance: Accounting students at UWGB offer free tax return preparation assistance to low income, elderly, and students. Call 920-465-2575 to schedule an appointment.

IN-PERSON SERVICES SUSPENDED

In an effort to reduce/slow the spread of COVID-19, The Village of Bellevue is restricting in-person business conducted at Village offices. All services that have the ability to be conducted through the mail or electronically will not be available in-person until further notice.
The following services are NOT available in-person:
Payment of utility bills. You may pay your utility bill by dropping it off in the exterior dropbox located at 2828 Allouez Avenue, complete a direct payment authorization form for direct payment from your checking account (no added fee), pay by phone through a Payment Service Network at 877-885-7968 (7am - 4 pm M-F, $2.99 3rd party fee), or pay online with a credit card or bank account ($2.99 3rd party fee). Municipal court fees: You may pay your municipal court fine by dropping it off in the exterior dropbox located at 3100 Eaton Road, or you may pay online:at client.pointandpay.net/web/VillageofBellevueMunicipalCourt
Application for residential permits (not UDC): you may apply for residential permits through the Citizen Self Service Permit Portal: click here to apply for a residential permit
Dog licenses: you may drop off your dog license application and payment in the exterior dropbox located at 2828 Allouez Avenue or mail to Village of Bellevue 2828 Allouez Avenue. We will mail your dog license to you. Please be sure to include vaccination and spay/neutering documentation.
Residents may request absentee ballots by mail through myvote.wi.gov.
