In order to be part of the global solution to stop the spread of Coronavirus, yesterday, March 15, the Lutherhaven Board of Directors, voted to cancel all camp and retreat guest groups and programs through April 30.

They did not make that decision lightly. But our highest priority is keeping our staff, guests, volunteers and families safe and healthy. Plus it’s really hard to do camp 6 feet apart: camp’s about relationships: eating, playing, overnighting, growing together is what camp’s all about, and we just can’t do those things right now.

Know that the Lutherhaven staff prayed for you this morning. We are certain the outcome of this defining moment is secure, because we hold fast to the promise of Scripture in the words of Isaiah:

“So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”
