Autumn Blueberries are the star of the Blackboard this week. Blueberries are rich in Antioxidants but also delicious so make sure you get as your fix of the little gems this week. Check out this Blueberry & Thyme Galette for a weekend dessert.

Pork Shoulders
The weather looks like it is turning a bit cooler which means it's time to look at some slow cooking. This recipe uses Boneless Shoulder but I always slow cook meat with the bone in (it's also on the Blackboard this week). Make it on Monday for the best Taco Tuesday ever.

Feijoas
The sure sign that the Summer is waning is that Feijoas are more plentiful. Because of the dry Summer most growers are predicting smaller volumes of feijoas than usual. This Feijoa Tart Tatin is my pick of the week.

Spinach
Eating your greens is important at anytime but especially now with our minds all focused on being as healthy as possible. Spinach is the best value green so I think that Baked Eggs with Spinach is a great start to the day and it also kick starts your daily veg intake.

Sausage of the week
Pork, Cranberry and Chestnut is this weeks Sausage of the Week and although it might still look like the Summer will roll on, this is the perfect Snag for Bangers and Mash. Have a go at this version for a quick Friday night dinner.

Suck the last drop out of Summer with some Tall Poppy Rose. It's a super buy and is just the thing for the weekend.
