MARCH 2020
Ann Melinger
Unprecedented. Shocking. Overwhelming. The truth is, there are no words to fully describe what we’re facing as a global community. With the situation changing at breakneck speed, and lots of uncertainty about how long this will last, we’re all feeling on edge.

And while it's early days to be trying to find the silver lining, I just can’t help myself. The coronavirus crisis has raised the importance of our work to new heights, as communicators have played a critical role in helping companies support their people. I continue to be in awe of our many clients and colleagues who have worked tirelessly to provide a critical lifeline for employees in recent weeks.

It’s easy to feel overwhelmed, but the bright side of any crisis like this is seeing people rise to the challenge. Let’s keep up the important work we’re doing, and remember to make time for self-care. Together, we will get through this!

Be well,
Ann Melinger
