• You accept orders from customers during the week.
• You drop off orders at the LDDA Office between 7am-8am on Saturday. Customers can pick up their orders between 8am and 12pm on Saturday. 
• You will need to package up the orders in advance in some kind of bag or container (depending on your product) and include the following information on each package:
  • Vendor Name
  • Customer Name
  • Customer Phone Number
  • Package Content
  • Total Price
  • Paid or Unpaid?
• If you cannot accept payment online or wish to offer a cash option for customers, then they can pay when they pick up the package. We will not process credit card payments, so it would be a cash only option for pick-up.
• You can either pick up an envelope of your cash payments (at 12pm on Saturday or during the following week), or we can send you an ACH Form (Funds received in your bank account by Tuesday the following week) or possibly Bill Pay (takes 5-7 days).

All of the above information is subject to change slightly based on logistics. We may send you or provide you with labels for the packages. We're still working out the details, but we want to know if this is something that you would like to do. If so, email me: bmelson@ldda.org 

The goal of this venture is to provide an outlet for sales for you that does not involve numerous people browsing or gathering. It's a pull up, pick-up, and drive away kind of option that will hopefully be safer for vendors and customers.
