Greetings,
 
Our goal is to disseminate information regarding the policies that are currently in place, along with providing a platform for our elected officials to share new information as it becomes available.  For continued updates, please follow us on Facebook.  We will continue to strive to update our website, send email updates, as well as sending out notifications through SPB Connects, our app, as often as necessary. 

Below you'll find the list of current closures and executive orders put in place by Governor Ron DeSantis and our county commission:
 
 

• All Bars and Nightclubs are closed.
• All Restaurants have ceased all indoor dining options.  Carry out, delivery, and curbside pick up may be available.  
• All non-essential businesses must adhere to the CDC guidelines or they run the risk of fines and/or revoking of their business license.
• All Community Pools are closed to the public. This includes condos and hotels.
• All Public Playgrounds, Basketball courts, and community centers are closed to the public.  The outdoor parks are open and individuals need to make sure they adhere to the CDC Guidelines. 
• The City of St. Pete Beach Library and book drop is closed to the public until further notice.
• The Public Beaches are closed in all of Pinellas County, along with many others in Florida.  
• All Vacation Rental Companies are required to not accept any new reservations 
• The City Hall lobby is open for those who have ordered a parking pass and need to pick it up or for permit drop off or pick up.  The offices inside of city hall are all closed to the public as much of the staff is working remotely and those who are on premise are staggering shifts to follow the CDC guidelines.  
• Recreational Vessel Update Executive Order 20-09 has been enacted to reflect direction from Governor DeSantis, the Florida Department of Health and the CDC. Effective immediately, all recreational boats must be at least 50 feet apart. Each recreational vessel must not have more than 10 people on board.
