Dear Yogis and Friends,

Sorry to disturb you again this week but I have got myself organised with the first zoom class. 
As well as offering our YouTube pre recorded videos on our already established channel Central Wellness starting this coming week I will begin to bring some live classes online.

Online (Zoom) Classes

All Levels Flow Class - Let's move, breathe and connect, as we feel into our bodies, inviting in fluid movement to release the tension and open the compassion and love in the heart.

You will receive the link to join the class on Zoom.

Class will be approximately an hour and with the opportunity after to chat and bring us together.
I will open the "waiting room" 10mins before so we can check in and then begin just after 6.30pm.

So roll out your mat or whatever you have, maybe make a little altar, light a candle or a picture of someone to send your loving energy to like to send loving energy.

Our hope for theses classes as they develop will bring a sense of connection and support, we will continue to post videos as well on Youtube for those who cannot join the live ones.
Online classes will enable you to join me or the teacher live on the screen, of course there will be limited ability for the teacher to offer any assists and at any time during the class if you feel discomfort or strain, come out of the posture. You may rest at any time during the class. It is important in yoga that you listen to your body, and respect its limits on any given day.
