It's not just sports - it's a lifestyle!

Well, Snow Friends, as we begin to navigate our way through the ever changing whirlwind that has been the COVID-19 response, we are able to answer some frequently asked questions. For more details, keep on scrolling!

First and Foremost: a Proper THANK YOU!!

Before we say anything else, we need to extend a MASSIVE THANK YOU to everyone (staff and patrons, alike) for your support this winter, (and your patience in the final week of operation)!

And what a winter it was!! We saw SO MANY new faces out tubing, snowshoeing and flying down the slopes. We were thrilled to see many new (and returning) families grace our lifts this winter. We can't wait to continue to grow with you and your families next season!

We see so much #HappinessHillside and we love being able to offer you a healthy, fun, family-friendly environment where memories can be made, and cherished for years to come. None of it would be possible without our amazing staff (looking at you, especially, Mountain Ops Team!), our dedicated volunteers, our fundraising committee, the board of directors and, of course, YOU!!! Ski Ben Eoin wouldn't be here if not for our valued clients, customers and community members, like you! So, on behalf of all of us, at Ski Ben Eoin - Thank you!

EARLY BIRD MEMBERSHIP FAQs:
Membership FAQs, at this time:

1. Will the membership deadlines be extend due to the fact that memberships can't currently be purchased in person?

Yes, but we have not yet set a new deadline. The Board of Directors will pass on a message in the coming days/weeks. Stay tuned for social media updates.

2. I have purchased a membership online, but I haven't received confirmation. Did it work?

Our first priority when we had to close the doors was to take care of our hardworking, dedicated staff, as well as our reliable vendors who made sure that we were well taken care of all season.

We have begun processing early bird memberships purchased online, as well as issuing refunds for those who had pre-paid for our March Break Camps. We ask that you please be patient with this process, as our administration hours are limited as we navigate through this challenging time.
If you're ready to purchase your membership, you can do so by clicking the button below. If you'd like to contact our office admin, you can reach Rose Anne on weekdays at office@skibeneoin.com.

Want to discuss a payment plan? We are offering payment plans for both individuals and families to help offset the cost of memberships. Preseason installments are available, with an administration fee of $10 per transaction.

Other FAQs:
1. How can I reach someone in the office right now?

Currently, the only way to reliably reach us is through our office email: office@skibeneoin.com

Our social media channels are not regularly monitored during the off season.

2. Can I access my locker right now?

Not at this time. All buildings on the property have been sanitized and locked down. We expect that there will be a point in the future weeks/months when we can allow public access, and will post to our social media, in advance.

3. I prepaid for the March Break Kids Camp, can I get a refund?

Yes, you will be refunded for days not used. You will be contacted by Rose-Anne to arrange for this in the coming days/weeks. For further questions, please contact office@skibeneoin.com.

4. I didn't get to use my 2 For U passes - will these be extended?

We anticipate an extension we will share more on that with you when we have more information.

5. I left an item behind - do you have a Lost and Found?

Yes, we do have a lost and found, but being a public property, items left behind do not always find their way into the Lost and Found. If your item was in the Lost and Found when we closed for the season, it would have been bagged and stored in our secured buildings. When we are able to reopen the buildings for public access, in the future, you can make arrangements through our office to come out and check the Lost and Found.
