International Initiative for Passover:

A Call for Intimacy with God and
Community with Others

Online Celebration
Thursday, April 9-Saturday April 11

"Do this in remembrance of Me."
Luke 22:19

Dear <<First Name>>,
We are inviting you to join in celebrating Passover from April 9-11th, the first three full days of Passover.  We are asking you to take initiative in joining together with your friends, church, or co-laborers in COVID-19 responsible communities one hour a day for three days.  The following outlines the purpose:

Why are we doing this?  On the night of Passover, the Israelites were commanded to gather together behind the doorposts and lintels of their houses as God passed over them.  God was serious about turning their hearts to Him in preparation for the miraculous deliverance that was about to happen.  Today, many are being pulled back into our homes, it parallels the time of Passover.  It's as if we are in a Global Passover.  We are in a historically unprecedented time when God is calling us into higher-level accountability, and consecration with Him and each other.  He is preparing us to be a people filled with love, hope, joy, and peace in an increasingly lost and disenfranchised world.

How to participate:
  • One Hour/Day:  Agree with your family or community of friends to meet intentionally one hour a day, April 9-11th through online platforms, phone, face-time, etc. or in small groups that are compliant with COVID-19 social distancing recommendations.
  • Focus:
    • April 9, Day 1:  Repentance:  Hearts will be cleansed of obstacles that separate us from God and one another.
      • "Because, although they knew God, they did not glorify Him as God, nor were thankful, but became futile in their thoughts, and their foolish hearts were darkened."  Romans 1:21
      • "Now I rejoice, not that you were made sorry, but that your sorrow led to repentance. For you were made sorry in a godly manner, that you might suffer loss from us in nothing. For godly sorrow produces repentance leading to salvation, not to be regretted; but the sorrow of the world produces death." 2 Cor 7:9
    • April 10, Day 2:  Reconciliation:  God will reconcile us with Him and with one another
      • Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation, that is, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses to them, and has committed to us the word of reconciliation."  2 Cor 5:17-19
    • April 11, Day 3:  Revival:  For the outpouring of His Spirit and the fullness of Gentile Church (Romans 11:25).
      • "That your faith should not be in the wisdom of men but in the power of God."  1 Cor 2:5
      • "And it shall come to pass afterward that I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh; Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams,  Your young men shall see visions.  And also on My menservants and on My maidservants I will pour out My Spirit in those days."  Joel 2:28-29
  • Take Communion each day with each other
Though the enemy wants to separate us at this hour, God is calling us together in unique and creative ways.  A vast harvest field and the glory of the Church is waiting on the other side.
