Think About This

Monday, March 30, 2020

I hope you and your family are safe and doing well. We had a very productive WFH workshop yesterday on Zoom focusing on WFH video conference production. If you missed it, don't worry. We are going to do these workshops every Sunday for the foreseeable future. You can get your login credentials for next Sunday here.

In the meantime, if you want to up your Zoom game a bit, take a minute to learn the Hot Keys and Keyboard Shortcuts for Zoom. There are shortcuts for Windows, MacOS, Linux, and iOS. My three MacOS favorites are:

  • Command+Control+M: Mute audio for everyone except the host (only available to the host)
  • Command+Control+U: Unmute audio for everyone except host (only available to the host)
  • Command+Control+S: Screen Share via Direct Share

There are many others, and they will really save you some time!

Take care and stay safe. -s
