We are pleased to announce that all of the speakers scheduled to participate in the now-canceled Spring Meeting topical program on Artificial Intelligence, have confirmed their participation in the Fall Conference program on AI.
The Fall Conference is scheduled to be held in-person on October 4-6 at the Montage Resort in Laguna Beach, California, just South of Los Angeles.
Our confirmed speakers include:
1. Andrew McAfee, Co-Director of the MIT Initiative on the digital Economy and a Principal Research Scientist at the MIT Sloan School of Management.
2. Jacomo Corbo, Founder and Chief Scientist of QuantumBlack, a McKinsey company.
3. Anne E. Carpenter, Institute Scientist and Senior Director of the Imaging Platform at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard.
4. Kevin White, Chief Science Officer of Tempus.
We also are pleased to report that Chris Voss, former FBI lead hostage negotiator, will join us on Sunday evening (October 4) and present the highlights of his book, “Never Split the Difference: Negotiating as if Your Life Depended on It.” Chris is an entertaining presenter and his negotiating techniques are applicable to everyday life.
Unfortunately, Professor Michael Porter of Harvard will be unable to speak in the Fall. We expect to schedule his Tuesday morning keynote presentation at the 2021 Spring Meeting, to be held on May 2-4 in Boston.
