Wishing Everyone a Happy and Safe Holiday
On behalf of all of us at Circle of Care, we wish everyone a happy and safe holiday.

As we enter April, our usual ways of celebrating Passover and Easter will change as we practice social and physical distancing.

We hope you find a way to share these times with those you love.
The COVID-19 pandemic has required us to change the way we work at Circle of Care. We continue to provide essential services to as many clients as possible, but in different ways.

Recently, our employees took on the role that so many of our valued volunteers do: we have been delivering meals. We may not have done it as efficiently and effortlessly as our volunteers do, but we can say that it is done and that our clients have received their meals. However, please know that you were missed!

Starting April 6, we are happy to announce that we will be welcoming back some of our Meals on Wheels volunteers to assist us with delivering meals for Passover. We have put in place new processes for delivering to ensure everyone is safe.

We want to sincerely thank all of our volunteers who continue to help our clients through this difficult time. Despite not being able to visit in person, we know that your phone calls mean the world to them. Thank you, you are truly providing a great service and ensuring they are safe and healthy.

Please know you are all missed and we look forward to having you return as soon as we can restart all our volunteer programs.

Looking for something to do with your children or grandchildren in the next few weeks?
Consider a family craft that will bring a smile to a senior. We're looking for homemade cards to distribute to our clients later in the year: for Rosh Hashanah, Thanksgiving, Chanukah and Christmas (please note that it is too late for Passover and Easter cards to be distributed).

Once the cards are made, please call us at 416-635-2900 ext 284 for drop off instructions. We will accept the cards once our COVID-19 visitor restrictions are lifted.
