How do I register?
By selecting the Register Now and Place Your Bids bar above, you will be directed to the auction website where you can register. Go to Login / Register or make a bid and the system will automatically ask for your registration details so we can contact you for delivery if you win.
How do I make a bid?
Click on Silent Auction Items in the left hand menu, scroll through the list and select the item you would like to bid on to see a larger photo and read the description. Enter your bid amount into the Enter Amount field and click Place Bid. If you are already registered the bid will be placed and the system will let you know if it has been accepted or not. If you are not registered you will need to register your details and enter your credit card information for payment processing. Your credit card will only be charged if you win an item or make a fund a therapy pledge. We do not and will not store your credit card details beyond taking payment during this auction.
How do I make a fully tax receiptable donation?
Click on Fund A Therapy in the left hand menu, select the pledge amount you would like to donate. If you are not registered you will need to register your details.
How do I know if I have been outbid?
You can see the current winning bids on the Silent Auction Items page. You can also click on My Bids to see all the items you are currently winning and any items you’ve been outbid on. You will also receive outbid text notifications, easily allowing you to make a higher bid, until the close of the auction.
What do I do if I make an error in bidding/donating?

When does the auction close?
There is a countdown clock on the item page showing how much time is left until the item closes on Saturday, April 4th, 2020 at 9:30pm.
How do I know if I won an item?
You will be contacted by email or phone to confirm you have been successful.
How do I pay if I won an item?
You will be asked for your credit card details when you first make a bid or donation, in which case we will automatically collect the money if you win an item when the auction closes. We will contact you directly if there was a problem with payment processing.
At an Armchair Gala, how will the items be delivered?
You will be contacted by email to arrange for delivery of the items. Gift Certificates will be mailed to you. Given the current social distancing precautions in place, merchandise will be delivered and left outside your door at a mutually agreed convenient date and time.
