To prepare for this 8-week journey:

Purchase a copy of Journey to Heal: Seven Essential Steps of Recovery for Survivors of Childhood Sexual Abuse by Crystal Sutherland.
Ensure you have a copy of The Holy Bible, in whatever translation is best for you.
Pick up a personal journal to use just for this study.
If you choose to join in the weekly group discussions via Zoom, they will take place Thursday evenings from 7-9pm EST via Zoom. Please ensure you have a good internet connection and a quiet, private, space you can join group discussions via Zoom each week without being disturbed.
