We're here for you
Myatt's Field Park has always been a place where people connect. We're the chairty that runs the park, and we know how important access to nature and food is – especially now.

First and foremost, we want you to be safe. So please follow government advice and stay at home.

You can exercise outside once a day. And this is where our beautiful park can help. Flowers and trees are coming back to life, and frogspawn is growing in the pond. Even a short stroll here will really boost your mood.

Let's grow our way out of this
We're opening our free seedlings scheme to everyone in the local area. You can now apply to grow your own food at home

The virus has robbed us of our independence. Growing your own food is a way to take back control. It's an act of defiance with immediate results – if we can't go out, we'll grow out. And you'll save money on your shopping bill too.

Community news – useful links
We'll all need help to get through this. Whether it's moral support, entertainment or more serious help.

While our events and support groups are down, we'll be connecting you in other ways. And making sure you have everything you need during the outbreak.

Please share with people in your networks:
