Dear HealthCare 365 Family,

We hope that you are all doing well and taking care of yourselves, your families and our greater community. Practice social distancing and stay positive! Please remember that we are here for you! Don't hesitate to reach out to Rhonda to schedule time with our medical team for any physical or mental health concerns.

Below is an update on our clinic operations and useful COVID-19 resources.

If you are having difficulty breathing or experiencing other severe symptoms please call 911 immediately.
VIRTUAL CLINIC
Out of necessity we have had to limit physical access to our clinic, but we are still here for you in a virtual way! Please be in touch with Rhonda to schedule a phone or video chat with our medical team for any concerns you have. Life continues despite our being in isolation and your health must stay top of mind.

As with a regular appointments, we ask that you are available at the requested time, so the appointment can occur in a timely manner.
OFFICE VISITS
Certain medical concerns, conditions and medication renewals will require physical exams. Rhonda and our medical team will book these visits when necessary.

Certain protocols will need to be followed for office visits that we will send you at the time of booking the appointments.

Again, if you have any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to reach out to Rhonda so she can connect you with your Care Coordinator or Dr. Kohut.
A PERSONAL MESSAGE FROM DR. KOHUT

Our life as we know it has taken a dramatic shift into a very different place. We are being asked to isolate for 14 days after a trip or while ill, distance socially and to becomes more conscious of seemingly mundane activities like hand washing. Many of us are not at work, seeing loved ones, or even doing simple things like shopping, visiting, going to dinner, going for drinks or a coffee or to entertainment venues.

Despite these negative experiences, this is also a time to celebrate the joys of being "in the moment", to celebrate the things we take for granted. These can be such simple activities like walking the dog or watching a sunrise or sunset and being grateful for our friends and our partners.

Make time to connect with others ... virtually! Learn new skills, take part in impromptu YouTube fitness classes, learn a new language, try something you always wanted to but "did not have the time".

Although we have provided you with various reputable resources on COVID-19, I think it is
also important that we share ideas and things that we are doing to make life more interesting, to create laughter, to help each other out. So, send us your new creative ideas, crazy memes, YouTube sites, new games with your kids, and family. We will try to share many of them in our Bulletins.

Make this “unprecedented time" a time of innovation. Enjoy the moment. We are in this together.
