At Home Baseball Drills Video Series
GSBL Scheduling Sessions and Coaches Meetings
We are going to do a FREE Facebook Live Training Session that you, your players and your coaches can take part in from the safety of your own home.
This hour long training will take place this Friday on March 27th at 11:00am.
The lead instructors will Be Erik Lovdahl (Owner of LPA Baseball and batting practice pitcher of the Minnesota Twins), Dave Hieb (Head Baseball Coach & Head Athletic Trainer of Northwestern University), and Bo Lovdahl (former Bethel University Standout and High School Coach). There will also be a couple of special guest instructors that are Division 1 athletes and Professional prospects.
Also on our Facebook page, we have started a series of At Home Baseball Drills videos. Right now we have two videos; Throwing Mechanics and Infield Drills with more to come. These free videos show you drills that you can do in your house to practice baseball by yourself and get ready for this upcoming season. Along with our free videos, we also plan on launching other training videos starting next week that you will be able to purchase.
The GSBL in-person scheduling session and coaches meetings have been canceled and will be online. More details regarding baseball meetings will come.
We are continuing to monitor the situation and are making plans for all possibilities such as moving the start date of the GSBL and playing a full season vs. a shortened season. We are exploring all avenues and want to make sure we are giving the best options to our participants while keeping them safe.

MYAS/Trusted Coaches has partnered with Pure Intensity Basketball™ and Mindful Power™ to put together a home training package to keep your basketballers moving and improving during the sports suspension.
It will include comprehensive skills workouts, functional performance training, and mental skills practice, with new releases scheduled every 10-14 days as the situation continues. It will also include bonus content for parents on optimizing the development for your athlete.
Keep your eyes open over the next few days for the launch of this exciting training opportunity.

The MYAS basketball staff is working feverishly to determine if we can re-schedule past events and when we can start running events in the future. We appreciate your patience.
With time, we are able to gather more and more information which is vital during these uncertain times.

In support of the nation’s efforts to stop the spread of COVID-19, DICK’S Sporting Goods has temporarily closed all retail locations for two weeks, starting March 18. We are planning to reopen Thursday, April 2. This includes our DICK’S Sporting Goods, Golf Galaxy and Field & Stream stores.
We will remain open and ready to serve our customers via our mobile apps and online, and through our new Curbside Contactless Pickup service at our DICK’S and Golf Galaxy stores. During this time, our curbside pick-up option will be available to customers between 9:00AM and 6:00PM, seven days a week.
Our company has always done what’s right for the safety of our communities. We look forward to re-opening and serving you in-person soon.
