Day of Prayer & Fasting

On Wednesday, April 1st, we are going to be calling the church to a day of prayer and fasting for the pandemic that is happening across the globe, and for our local community as well. In Scripture, Jesus encouraged his disciples, and therefore us, that there are times or situations in our community of the world, where it is right for us to lean heavily upon the Lord through prayer and fasting. It is an important spiritual discipline. We encourage you to mark your calendars, and on this day fast one or more meals and take time to pray for the pandemic that is happening all around us. We will be sending out prayer resources for you by early next week that will be a guide for you in your prayers.
