Hello TCRC Members,

Please let me begin by saying that we hope that this message finds you and your family healthy! To the many members who are providing services and medical care during these unprecedented events, you have our sincere gratitude. These are certainly very difficult times for everyone, but we want you to know that we are here for you. Your Board of Directors have been meeting regularly to review the impact of the Coronavirus on our community. While we will continue to monitor the situation, we wanted to share that we are moving forward with the goal to have normal operations again this summer.  We plan to continue communications to keep you apprised of developments, and we are looking at making some adjustments to provide more support to our families during challenging times. Below are some important updates.

• We care about your safety so until further notice our facilities will be closed which  includes tennis, basketball, and  volleyball courts.  We will reopen these areas as soon as possible and will notify all of our members at that time.
• Demolition of our women’s restroom has begun, and construction will continue to follow the original timeline. The anticipated completion date is well in advance of the opening day of the pool which is still scheduled for Saturday, May 16th.  If adjustments must be made for the opening day, we will keep you informed.
• To support our members and offer an option to families who may be experiencing financial constraint, we made adjustments to our 2020 annual dues payment plan. Members who haven't registered for the 2020 season have the option to sign up for an extended payment plan, which now runs through July 31st. This means that families who register today can split their dues across 5 credit card payments and start using the facility as soon as we open. The only requirement to enroll in the payment plan is to pay by credit card. While there is a processing fee for payment via credit card, we will compensate for the fee with 2 free guest passes applied to your account when you make your first payment. We will also be waiving the $50 late fees until August 1st. For more details, visit the membership page on our website.

We believe that many of you are likely daydreaming about warm weather, looking forward to spending time outdoors, and can’t wait to visit with friends. We look forward to providing a safe facility for you to enjoy happier times outdoors with your family and friends again this summer!
