Business in the time of COVID-19

The health and safety of our community, residents and staff is Penrith Council’s top priority. We are closely following the advice of Government and health authorities on the COVID-19 outbreak.

The situation is constantly evolving with information from the Australian and NSW Governments and relevant health authorities continuing to add new measures on how to contain the outbreak. The Penrith New West team will continue to source information that can best help businesses and those who see Penrith as a place to invest.

We have sought to collate some useful resources and initiatives from Council and other organisations for businesses that are affected by current circumstances.

Penrith is a place of limitless opportunity. It is located at the point where Sydney’s north-south growth arc, Australia’s most significant future economic corridor, crosses the east-west connection. Penrith is the heart of this Growth City, which we call the 'New West'.
