Let’s start where we left off. From January 26^th all the way to April, Tina Donahue hosted a gigantic giveaway with lots of ebooks (including my sci-fi romance, Blue Vision), as well as $55 USD in gift cards to celebrate her new release, an erotic romance titled Thrill Me. If you’d like to participate, hurry because there are only a few days left in the contest. ;)



The following day brought a new five star book review for Blue Vision on Amazon. Thanks for your kind words! On February 4^th, Rebecca Siggers offered up seven amazing wine cocktails for Valentine’s couples to try, in a cool article over on the I Love Romance Blog. Two days later, Kate Hill’s new sexy paranormal romance, Trinity and Jeff, was featured on the same blog.

On February 7^th, a spotlight popped up for a new crime anthology, Miscreants, Murderers, and Thieves, featuring Samuel W. Reed and other writers, on the Writing in the Modern Age blog. Three days passed, and readers got a glimpse of author Tina Proffitt’s writing process, as well as a look at her military romance, His Hiding Place, featured in an entertaining interview on that site. On the same day, I learned that yours truly was listed as one of the top 5 ‘authors who write compelling romance’ on Wiki.ezvid.com. Awesome, right? And seriously, the accompanying promo video is awesome! ;) The next day brought another guest post by Rebecca Siggers on ILRB, as she gave us seven romantic winery destinations to visit all over the world for Valentine’s Day. Tuscany looks especially lovely!



With the 12^th came a blog tour feature and spotlight on Sable Hunter’s free Amazon days for her contemporary romance, True Love’s Fire. This was all covered on the MLB blog. On the following day, Angela Burks offered some great tips on boosting those romantic feelings while traveling with your sweetie. Check out her article on ILRB here. Four days later, Kaya Quinsey Holt gave us a look at her new sweet romance/chick lit novella, The Marseille Millionaire, plus we had a brief chat about the book, over on Writing in the Modern Age.



February 21^st brought a short Q&A and book feature for Stefan Vucak’s contemporary drama, Autumn Leaves, which was featured on the same blog. On the 24^th, voting started for TCK Publishing’s big 2020 Reader’s Choice Awards contest. My sci-fi romance novel, Blue Vision, book one of the Code of Endhivar Series – which was relaunched in December after I got my publishing rights back – was nominated for this contest. Voting is still valid through November 13^th, so cast your vote by scrolling through to Category 7 (Romance). This is so exciting! :)



Also, on the same day, author Duncan Brown stopped by Writing in the Modern Age to let us know all about ‘their’ writing, as well as this creative team’s erotic humor novella, John Hunter: A Little Bit of What You Fancy.

The 25^th marked a unique occasion, with an exclusive interview for Kaya Quinsey Holt on ILRB. This approach is always fun, since we not only get the usual Q&A, but also a questionnaire which delves more into regular life, the writing approach and any hiccups encountered along the way, as well as more information about a character from the book we’re focusing on – in this case, the aforementioned sweet rom com, The Marseille Millionaire, written by Ms. Holt. Don’t miss what the author has to say! On February 26^th, Rebecca Siggers offered more winery destinations for couples, this time with ten different regions around the world, featured on the MLB blog. The next day brought a book feature for Nina Brooks’ erotic romantic comedy, Private Relations, as a spotlight on ILRB. An exciting development occurred on the 28^th…I hosted a giveaway for Melanie Robertson-King’s romantic suspense/psychological thriller novel, Yesterday Today Always, on Writing in the Modern Age. It went very well, with hundreds of views. I’m really catching on to how I can use Rafflecopter for giveaways from now on. ;)



Another event on February 28^th was the relaunch of The Missing Piece, a new adult romance story which I originally released back in 2017. I have a soft spot for Alyssa, the main character, and I hope you will too…

On March 2^nd, there was a feature on Writing in the Modern Age for Karma’s epic sci-fi thriller, RACE. Intriguing cover! The following day brought a new book review for my futuristic paranormal romance, Blood Instincts, featured on Belinda Y. Hughes’s blog. Thanks for your complimentary words, Belinda! ♥ Two days later, there was a book spotlight for my new steamy romantic comedy, Chasing Ginger, on Bernard Foong’s blog. On the same day, Erica Taylor visited the I Love Romance Blog in an exclusive interview for her Regency romance-spy thriller, The Spy’s Convenient Bride. Great cover!



Four days later, I wrote a post about how some authors are moving farther away from Amazon these days when they release their books. This article was featured on the MLB blog. On March 10^th, Chasing Ginger was officially released through all booksellers online. Check it out!



I also hosted a Facebook launch party that day. Two days passed, and a spotlight for the book popped up on Devika Fernando’s blog. On the 14^th, I had a guest post on the Just Contemporary Romance reader site. Read my article all about friendship! ;) Also on the same day, I participated in a ‘Never Have I Ever’ writer tag/blog hop, and you can read my diverse responses over on my author blog. On the following day, an interview materialized on Chris Rice Cooper’s blog, this time with a focus on my sci-fi romance, Blue Vision. Scroll down the page a bit to see the Q&A.



On March 16^th, there was an interview/children’s book spotlight for my kid’s fantasy story, A Little Magick, on Jemsbooks blog. And starting from the 18^th all the way to April 1^st, Laura from the Romance Novel Giveaways blog is hosting a big giveaway for my new release, Chasing Ginger. There’s also a chance to win a bookmark bundle! :)



I reviewed a historical romance novel from my TBR list on my blog on the 19^th. Check out Eleanor Webster’s Twelfth Nightesque take on the Regency era with A Debutante in Disguise. Love this cover too!



March 21^st brought a book release interview feature for Chasing Ginger on Kayelle Allen’s Romance Lives Forever blog. Three days later, the main characters from the same book, Lance and Ginger, were interviewed on Devika Fernando’s blog. Check out this unique take on the Q&A format!

Book News

As you already know, I had a new book release this month, on March 10^th. I’m excited for you all to check out Chasing Ginger, a steamy romantic comedy/BBW romance/billionaire romance and book one of The Misfits Series! :)





I am thrilled to introduce you to Ginger’s special journey, and, of course, the rest of The Misfits as each book comes out. This novel is my first published tale about a plus-sized heroine, and so far, I plan to write two more (one will be a standalone historical romance).

I am really excited about this series, and I hope you like it as much as I’m falling in love with the characters. In other news, The Missing Piece got a cover redesign recently, when the book rights were given back to me by my former publisher. As aforementioned, I released it the last week of February.



Once the hubbub from my latest book release winds down, I’ll be able to focus more on writing. Some projects to look forward to are:

A full revision and relaunch (complete with a cover redesign) for Magick & Moonlight, a contemporary romantic fantasy and book one of The Magick Series…this book might be re-released as early as April.



First Target – A Romantic Mystery Collection…it includes two novellas from my backlist, which are getting fully revised.



‘Trouble with the Truth’ – a young adult mystery story…this one will be submitted to a literary journal first. If the tale is accepted, I’ll get my rights back at some point and release it on my own.

Magick Sunrise, a contemporary romantic fantasy and book three of The Magick Series…I’m not sure about the book length yet, but at this point I’m anticipating the story will be much longer than its predecessors.



And somewhere in there, Upon Your Return will reveal its new facelift. I signed with a new publisher back in January. I can’t show you the book cover yet, but I’m beyond excited about this relaunch! The cover is fabulous! ♥ Foundations Books also has the rights to the rest of the historical romance trilogy, so that’s a fun fact to look forward to…
