    The cheques that we have received - either in full or part payment for the event - have not been banked, and our intention is not to bank them; however, should you wish to have the cheque(s) returned to you, then please let us know the address to which any cheque(s) should be sent.  

   Should you want your cheque(s) returned, please tell us promptly as we don't intend to keep them for more than a couple of months.

    We intend to refund all other payments received (those received by other means than by cheque) by means of bank transfer, and to do this we need to know from you the following details -
