National Coordinator

The Council of Canadians with Disabilities (CCD), Canada’s cross-disability coalition of persons with disabilities, is seeking to fill the full-time position of National Coordinator.
 
The ideal candidate for this position must have an impressive track record of leadership through extensive experience in senior management positions within government or the not-for-profit sector; must be self-motivated with strong communication skills and be computer literate. Ability to communicate in both official languages is an asset.
 
This position reports to the Council via the Chairperson of CCD with direction from the Executive and National Council.

OPS Internships

Co-operative Placements in the OPS 

Co-operative post-secondary students receive practical paid experience while earning course credits in placements in the OPS. To participate, you must be:

  • Enrolled in a co-operative education in a post-secondary school
  • Canadian citizen or legally entitled to work in Canada
  • 18 years of age or older for field positions.

Co-op placements in the Ontario Government are posted at various educational institutions across Ontario. Check for co-op job postings with your school’s disability office or career centre.
