PRIVATEERS  Family and Friends,
Our entire Privateers team hopes everyone is staying safe and adheres to the new normal we are living in.

We will work with our customers to accommodate their needs while following all the rules of the State of Emergency (SoE). Please see below for our updated store procedures in place until further notice:

• New store hours, Tuesday – Saturday, 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
• Closed Sun-Mon
• Limited in-store staff.
• Store is closed to walk-in traffic.
• Doors are locked, no entry into the store, for any reason, other than a scheduled appointment.

STORAGE BIKES- If you want your (storage) bike, please call 902-444-4647, during the above hours, to make an appointment and arrange any outstanding payment over the phone. To ensure we follow the social distancing guidelines, appointment time is key to guarantee we space out when customers are picking up their bikes. Please note, if you are trailering your bike we cannot come out and help push the bike onto the trailer or assist in loading as we have to maintain the 6' safe distancing guidelines. Our ramp is available, upon request. 

BACK ORDERED PARTS- We are still receiving parts, we will call you if your parts arrive and we can arrange payment over the phone. We will coordinate a pick-up time and have your parts assigned to a designated pick-up area outside the store. Again, to adhere to social distancing guidelines, please respect appointment times.

PARTS ORDERS- If you want to order parts, call first. If we have the parts, you can pay over the phone and we can arrange a pick-up time for you. To avoid social gatherings exceeding five people, please do not come early or late and respect the appointment time.

MOTORCYCLE SALES- We can accommodate the purchase of new or previously owned motorcycles.  Please call us, send us an email, or contact us on FaceBook. We can make an appointment for you to come to the store and view any motorcycle.  We will do all paperwork online to maintain the safety of you and our Privateers Team. Arrangements can be made for free delivery.

SERVICE- Due to reduced staff we have a limited capacity to service motorcycles. If your bike requires service call Matthew. We can arrange a scheduled appointment. In order to protect everyone's safety, we have strict drop-off and pick up time regulations we will adhere to.

GENERAL MERCHANDISE- At this time we cannot allow customers in-store to browse our General Merchandise clothing and apparel. However, if you see something you like online or on our website we can accommodate you using the same rules as a Parts Order.  IMPORTANT NOTE- Due to COVID-19 safety measures there is no return of clothing apparel, or general merchandise until further notice.

Our team at Privateers Harley-Davidson is trying to accommodate our customers as best we can. We are all looking for things to do at home; cleaning, polishing and doing some maintenance on your bike is a great stress reliever. We will try to do our part to keep that little bit of normalcy during these trying times.
