Painting Driveways
In April 2014 the Board of Directors addressed the issue of cracking driveways. In lieu of replacing driveways the Board approved painting of driveways and lips. However, homeowners are limited to painting only their driveway - not sidewalks.
|
|
|
The only paint color that was approved for this project is Home Depot/Behr Premium/Concrete & Garage Floor Paint/PFC-67 Mossy Gray. No other color will be approved by the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) AND you must submit an ACC Application for approval prior to painting.

Oh those falling leaves...
The trees have just finishing dropping all their leaves. Yes, they are annoying but sweeping or blowing them in the street and gutters will get you a ticket. It’s against the law. (See attached insert from your latest City of Tampa water bill.)
Even though the gated communities’ streets are private, we should still adhere to the law and dispose of them properly. Thank you for your cooperation.

Florida Parking Laws
It is required by law to leave 30 feet between a stop sign and your car's front or back bumper (depending on the direction you parked). Parking too close to a stop sign forces traffic on that side of the street to move to the other side of the street, possibly into oncoming traffic. Accidents, serious injury, or death could occur under these circumstances and the owner of the vehicle that is illegally parked may be held fully accountable, both legally and civilly.
Florida Parking Laws:
- 15 feet of a fire hydrant
- 20 feet of a crosswalk
- 30 feet of any flashing signal, stop sign, or traffic control signal.
We appreciate your help with keeping our residents safe from accidents.

REMINDER -
NO Overnight Street Parking
Overnight street parking is becoming a problem and is totally prohibited. Vehicles are subject to towing. Boats, trailers, RV’s and other storage containers are also not permitted to be parked or stored upon any street, sidewalk, driveway in West Meadows unless completely screened from the street.
This has become a serious problem again. Towing maybe the only solution, so be aware.
