As many of us transition into a virtual world where we are working and learning from home, it is more important than ever to find ways to stay connected and take care of our mental health. Because of the impact COVID-19 has had on colleges and universities throughout the country, many have had to make the decision to postpone or cancel Fresh Check Day. We have received several inquiries about making Fresh Check Day a virtual experience for students in this time of remote learning and social distancing.
Our team has developed aCheck In at Home campaign that highlights ways students can check in on their mental health and bring some of our favorite Fresh Check Day booths to life in their own homes.

Go the extra mile and make it interactive. Encourage students to share how they are "checking in at home" with the hashtag #checkinathome. You might even incentivize with a chance to win a prize!
Together, we'll navigate this new and difficult landscape. We can't thank you enough for continuing to show up for the students who need you. Be sure to take care of YOU, also. We're here for you!
We acknowledge that this is a difficult time for all. Making students aware of crisis and support resources is critical, especially when many may have been abruptly uprooted from the supports they had come to rely upon. Let them know you're still here for them!
