Onsite Lessons Suspended Extension until 4/22/2020

Dear Further Music Community,

I hope that this email finds you and your family in good health and spirits. Our thoughts are with you and your families as you continue to take the necessary precautions to be safe. We miss all of you so much and are very excited to see you in our online lessons.

Due to the current situation, we have decided to extend the suspension of onsite lessons until 4/22/2020. Students can continue registering online lessons with their current instructors to keep the progress and polish their musical skills.

In the past two weeks, we were very proud to see many students made great improvement by taking online lesson and spending more time on their music practice. It's our goal to have all our students to keep practicing during this period, thus, there are few tools we developed to help and motivate our students continuing their practice:

Tool A: Continue your online lessons, meet your instructor weekly and get weekly correction and feedback. It's very important to correct your mistakes right away to avoid forming of bad habits.

Tool B: Online Practice Game! Keep Your Daily Practice to Earn $3000 FM Cash

The virus should never diminish the pride we take in practicing. Now, Further Music Students' favorite activity is available online. Here are the rules:

A. Keep practicing as much as you can, your parents will log in your practice time on your practice chart. (Secret share: there are many students practiced up to 2-3 hours per day in the past two weeks, so make sure practice more to BEAT them!!!)
B. Submit your weekly practice amounts with a picture of your practice to us
C. Every Monday, we will pick the top 10 students who practiced most in the past week and post their picture on Facebook
D. Invite your friends to click "Like" for your picture.
E. The Top 3 most "Liker" will win $3000(1st Place), $1000 (2nd Place) and $500 (3rd Place) FM cash!!!
F. Submit your practice minutes to join the game!
