Online Exercise Sessions
Starting Monday at 9 a.m.
All are invited to join in for Pastor Diane's morning exercise class. Let's stay moving while we're home-bound! Tailored to who is participating, this interactive session will have something for all fitness levels. You'll be surprised how some gentle movement can get your day going. Wear comfy clothing; socks are optional. Grab your yoga mat and hand weights if you have them. Let's do this!
This session will take place Mondays through Saturdays from 9:00 to 9:45 a.m. as long as there's interest.

In harmony with our Lenten worship series, which is based on Amy-Jill Levine’s book Entering the Passion: A Beginner’s Guide to Holy Week, Pastor Alycia is offering this weekly online study based on Dr. Levine’s book and related videos. Join Pastor Alycia on Monday evenings through April 6, from 7 to 8 p.m. The class is free, and don't worry if you don't have a book!
