A Message From Our CEO

As the world experiences an unprecedented global health crisis, I hope that you, your family, friends and colleagues are safe.

Al Jalila Foundation salutes the heroes on the frontline from doctors, nurses, paramedics and healthcare workers who are risking their lives to help others. We stand in solidarity with everyone affected by the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) and extend our heartfelt gratitude to the UAE leadership for ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of its people.

We continue to monitor the situation as it unfolds to manage the wellbeing of our employees, while ensuring business as usual. As advised by the World Health Organization, social distancing is an invaluable precaution to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus. Therefore, in efforts to safeguard our employees and our communities, we have implemented remote working for all our employees as of Tuesday, 24 March 2020. I would like to reassure you that my team and I remain committed to handle business as usual and continue to be within your reach by telephone, email and virtual meetings. Whilst our doors are temporarily closed we are still ‘here’ to serve you!

As we come to terms with COVID-19 global outbreak there has never been a greater need for life saving treatment and medical breakthroughs that could end the pandemic and save millions of lives. Now more than ever we are counting on scientists and doctors coming together to develop better diagnostic testing, treatments, and gain a better understanding of SARS-CoV-2 biology to combat the disease.

Al Jalila Foundation, a member of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives, is dedicated to advancing medical research to transform lives. We are more determined than ever in our mission and count on you, our partners, to help us pave the way for a healthier, brighter future for all.
