Telephone Dokusan with Ross Bolleter Roshi

Ross is offering telephone dokusan beginning next Thursday 27 March. From thereon he is planning to offer two dokusans per month on the usual dokusan nights. In terms of April it will be the 9th and 23rd .

Dokusan will be conducted at 15 minute intervals, starting at 7pm and finishing at approximately 9pm. The finishing time for the evening will be determined by Ross, after considering the number of people requesting dokusan for that night.

If you want to attend dokusan either:
  1. add your name to the online list by clicking the following link: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/19C7v_iAsqtREThCN-96Jf9IakRpzgmG-1RCGT6TnmwM/edit?usp=sharing
  2. OR notify Kevin Donohue by email (donohues@iinet.net.au) or text (0478 622 589) that you want to attend dokusan and he will add your name to the list.
Requests for dokusan will close at 7pm on the Wednesday evening preceding the dokusan day.

On the Thursday morning, of a dokusan day, you can look up your allocated time for dokusan by revisiting the online list (using the link given above). Alternatively, if you sent Kevin a dokusan request by email or text he will send you a reply message with your allocated time Thursday morning.

Please phone Ross at your allocated dokusan time. The number will be provided to you by Kevin once you have signed up.

In the event that the number of people requesting dokusan is considered by Ross to be too many for a night, those who are not offered dokusan will be rolled over to the next dokusan night (in the order they were on the list) and advised accordingly. Please advise Kevin if you won’t be available the following dokusan night. The new list will then be available for people to add their names, using their preferred method, for the next dokusan night.

Contact Kevin by email, text, or call, if you have any queries about the operation of telephone dokusan.

Online Zoom meditation meetings will begin on April 2nd. More details on these events, as well as how to set up and use Zoom, will be forthcoming in the next few days.
