As most of you will be aware, the Prime Minister has announced that Pubs and Clubs were to close 12pm today. The Mooroopna Golf Club “Club House” is now CLOSED until such time as the restrictions are lifted.

All Members and Guests are here by advised that attending the Golf Course, they must continue to abide by Government regulations on personal hygiene, self-distancing and self-isolation requirements always.
The following are strict attendance and play rules which must be adhered to – there are no exceptions.

1. If you are sick or unwell – stay home and use the phone to contact us.
2. Hygiene is of paramount importance, please follow all procedures before, during and after play.
3. Only 3 people are permitted inside the Pro Shop at any one time, please check this before entering and stay outside until it’s clear to enter.
4. There will be no cash transactions available, eftpos/card payments only
5. Golf groups are restricted to “3 people” per group, this includes caddy’s and non-players. We ask Members currently booked into play this week, logon and adjust your tee groups accordingly. The system will automatically cut off the 4^th player option on Tuesday night.
6. Golf tee times will be allocated at 10minute intervals.
7. Members and Guests playing golf will require a booking time. Please do not just turn up. Bookings for competitions are online as normal and all social play through the Pro Shop.
8. Players are asked to arrive on time and leave promptly after your game

 ON THE GOLF COURSE

1. Players/people are to exercise a 2-metre radius from each other.
2. Flags have been removed, a course map highlighting the approximate pin position for each hole is available from the pro shop.
3. Rakes have been removed from bunkers, please smooth your disturbances using your feet, local rule of “preferred lie” in bunkers is now in place.
4. Players will mark their own score cards and verbally confirm scores with their marker for each hole.
5. Golf Carts can only carry one person, whether this be a personal cart or hire cart from the Pro Shop. A reduced hire rate has been created to ease the costs of hire carts. Preference on allocations to those of most need.
6. Ball washers and drinking fountains are not to be used. Please ensure you have enough water before play.
7. Cards to be returned in the letter box slot on the front pro shop wall.

 All players and visitors should be mindful that these rules could suddenly change.
