Temporary Closure 

After thinking it over and discussing it with the other coaches, we have decided it's in our best interest to close for two weeks beginning today.

What does this mean for you?

**I will still be writing at home workouts each day and some accessory work and/or lifting as well. There will be three options:
1) Home gym~for those of you that have garage gyms.
2) A version that requires only a KB or DB

3) A total body weight version.

I know this will be difficult, but I believe we can come out on the other side even better having toughed it out!

In the coming days there will also be a "zoom call" that we will organize for those that wish to workout together remotely.  Stay tuned for the details!  

In an effort to ease the stress on some of you that do not have access to weights, I will be allowing members to "Check out" 1 KB or 1 DB. The details are in our Members Only page.  Please do not contact us asking to reserve you a certain piece of equipment.  :) 

I want to encourage everyone to still log into class and score your wod. It's important that we all have that encouragement!

At this time we will be closed Monday March 23rd, and opening back up on Monday April 6th.  We will keep you updated as we receive more information on the best way to keep everyone safe.  

I love you all so much and really just want what's best for us as a family and to do our part to "flatten the curve".
