Here is the link for this morning's online worship opportunity. I pray it will be a meaningful time of centering ourselves not in the latest news of the crisis, but in the good news of Christ.
We've sought to include all the elements we would normally share together in person - song, Scripture, sermon, even a Time for Young Disciples! (I hope children are able to join in this opportunity, engaging Janae's awesome message to them, but if they're too difficult to corral, we get it! Here's an even shorter, two-minute cartoon version)
What isn't included is an offering! As we work to keep connected through the crisis, we continue to receive checks by mail and electronic funds transfer (EFT) from banks, as well as offerings via gspc.org/giving, by texting GSPC to 77977, and via PushPay (my personal favorite - every Sunday morning!).
Good Shepherd's staff, Elders and Deacons are engaged, seeking to serve our congregation and community, staying connected through this crisis. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any way we can serve you.
Remember, our daily video devotions (linked below) are on Facebook, Instagram, and our Vimeo page where you also have access to choral anthems, sermons preached at our church over the past ten years, and new Children's learning resources.
To connect with your Life Group via video for Bible Study, encouragement, etc., email curtis@gspc.org with VIDEO in the subject line. To offer "care calls" to other church members during this crisis, email thea@gspc.org with CALLS in the subject line. To receive food or a pharmacy run, OR are able to do so for others, email bryan@gspc.org with SERVE in the subject line.
May the Lord bless you and keep you; make his face shine upon you and be gracious to you; the Lord turn his face toward you and give you peace. Numbers 6:24-26
